Summary This study deals with the ethics of Muslim scholars in the debate, which is one of the most important prose purposes that flourished under the Arab Islamic culture, especially since the outbreak of political and religious conflict between the Islamic groups.

The of circles of science in mosques and palaces were full of debates.

These debates dealt with the various topics of Arab-Islamic culture, such as literature, language, philosophy, medicine, jurisprudence, sciences, knowledge and arts.

This led the scholars of Islam to set conditions, limits and traditions for the art of the debate, that displayed theirexcellent attitudes in debating, especially with the people of boredom and bees from other nations, which shows the tolerance of Islam as a Allah said: (Call to the path of Allah using wisdom and good advice and argue using the best).
