We are in era where knowledge and facts are changing in an unprecedented way throughout mankind history.

These changes require a fundamental shift in the concept of learning.

Instead of the traditional approaches based on the academic content characterized by the transfer of static knowledge from the teacher to the learner and requiring him to retrieve the information he orbed, the constructive approach came to make learning a living process based on the functional treatment of accumulated human knowledge in order to face cognitive and social problems directly seeking to solve them.

It was found that this strategy serves the student by developing his skills to respond to new requirements in all domains.

It also serves the society in all aspects of life, especially the economic and social sides.
