Many authors and speakers send words without looking carefully at the differences that determine which phrases are better and more accurate to indicate what is intended, and if the writer or the speaker succeeded to choose the best phrase that determine the meaning precisely, he will deserve compliment and considered an eloquent speaker or writer.
