Abstract EN

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the Examining the role of Emotional creativity as a modified variable to the strength of the relationship between leadership and Alexithymia with the sample of adolescents.

And study the differences between male and female adolescents in leadership, emotional creativity and Alexithymia This study relied on the comparative descriptive approach.

Statistical Methods: Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple correlation coefficient, partial correlation coefficient and parametric "T" test to the connotation of the differences between the independent.

A sample of adolescents (number= 100) chosen in a deliberate manner, their ages range between (16-18) of males and females from secondary stage.

Tools: Tools in this study were: scale of Emotional creativity (Safa Afifi, 2016) scale of leadership (Prepared by the researcher), scale of of Alexithymia to the adolescents (Prepared by the researcher), scale of Assiut University to Non- Verbal Intelligence (Taha Al- Mustakawi, 2000), scale of Socio- Economic Level (Mohamed Fayez and Duaa Khatab, 2016).

Results: The results showed that The degrees of emotional creativity modify the strength of the relationship between leadership and Alexithymia in the study sample of adolescents, There are statistically significant differences between the degrees averages of males and females of the adolescents on the scale of, Emotional creativity of the adolescents favor of males, There are statistically significant differences between the degrees averages of males and females of the adolescents on the scale of, leadership to the adolescents in favor of males, There are statistically significant differences between the degrees averages of males and females of the adolescents on the scale of Alexithymia of the adolescents in favor of females.
