Problem: Across dealing with and coping experience with both the deaf and the hearing impairment individuals, it is noticed that their academic achievement and feeling of academic accomplishment is remarkably low.

Consequently, multiple academic, psychological, and social problems arise.

This study seeks exposing a comparative study between Egypt and state of Kuwait involving the academic achievement among the deaf and hearing impairment persons.

The study problem is crystallized in this main question: "Are there any differences between the deaf and the hearing- impaired students in both the Egyptian and Kuwaiti Environments regarding the academic achievement?".

Sample: The study sample consists of 200 male/ female students of the deaf and hearing impaired students, divided into (100) students from Egypt (53 males- 47 females) and 100 Kuwaiti students divided into (60 males- 40 females), aged (14-18) year olds.

Objectives: this present study drives at comparing the academic achievement level between Egyptian and Kuwaiti deaf and hearing impaired students.

Method: The study uses the Qualitative- comparative method.

Instruments: Scale of Academic Achievement for the Deaf and the Hearing- Impaired- by researchers.

Results: The study comes to the most important results as follows, There are differences between Egyptian and Kuwaiti deaf and hearing impaired students regarding the academic achievement levels (dimensions& full score).

There are no significant statistical differences between average scores of males/ females on Scale of Academic Achievement (dimensions& full score), for the Deaf and the Hearing- Impaired between the deaf and hearing- impaired students in the Egyptian and Kuwaiti environment.

There are significant statistical differences between average scores of the deaf and hearing- impaired students (Egyptian sample) and average score of the deaf and hearing- impaired students (Kuwaiti sample) on Scale of the Academic Achievement, in favor of the Egyptian sample.
