Abstract EN

The current study aimed at identifying the reality of the relationship of exchange of pedagogical benefit among teachers of primary education from the inspectors' perspective, the topic was addressed using an analytical descriptive approach, and the questionnaire to collect information from forty-four inspectors in Mostaganem.

the study found that there is an average relationship in the exchange of pedagogical benefit between the teachers, also, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in the inspectors' assessment in to level of the relationship due to the variables of sex and experience.
