Community education institutions at all levels are the most effective way to communicate the values and norms that can guide their behavior.

political elites form the society itself and manifest their behavior by playing their role at the level of the institutions in which they were elected.

these practices are important to the community, as they generally aim to meet the needs of society and achieve its overall goals.

however, even if all political elites do so, the results of their practices do not reflect this trend.

this research aims to shed light on the institutions of socialization.

and its role is to provide elites with a valuable framework that can achieve the desired goals.

the study concluded that the relationship between the personal value preferences of political elites is weakly correlated with their value orientations in carrying out their tasks at the social, economic and political levels, reflecting the limited role of social formation institutions in building an integrated value system that contributes to building an effective political elite that meets the needs of society.
