The learning of second language requires good vocabulary to be a successful learning because vocabulary is an important element of the language which can be achieved their purpose such as meaningful or significantly side by concerted systems.

There is no doubt that the expansion of language repertoire is an important sign of the linguistic competence of the individual.

Evaluation, in general, is the means by which we can judge the success of the whole learning process.

The linguistic evaluation - especially - is a process by which we learn at the level of learners, and the amount of achievement, and the adequacy of their performance, and their strengths, and weaknesses in language skills and language elements such as vocabulary.

One of the pioneering work in teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers is the Basic Textbook of Arabic Language, prepared by the Research and Curriculum Unit at the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Arabic Speakers at Umm al-Qura University in Mecca.

He was composed by a group of scholars of fate and status.
