The study aimed to monitor, analyze and treat Palestinian television channels through the programs of the reality and issues of people with mental, hearing and visual disabilities.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method and chose the sample of programs that deal with the issues of people with disabilities, which amounted to one hundred and forty paragraphs, which (26) Forty-nine hours, fifty-eight minutes (49 hours and 58 minutes).

The research questions on issues dealing with the issues of people with disabilities were discussed in the Palestinian TV programs, on the participation of people with disabilities in these programs, and the types of disabilities dealt with by programs, The results of the study showed that the most popular channel of the programs was "Al-Quds channel" ranked first in the programs.

The results of the study showed that the programs are presented weekly, the most programs are presented in the morning period, and the results The issue of disabilities vocational training ranked first, and the result was also the target audience of the programs.

People with disabilities ranked first, and the non-participation of persons with disabilities in programs that dealt with issues of the highest degree of disability; As The results of the study showed that "mobility disability" was the most prevalent among persons with disabilities, out of the total number of programs that dealt with the issues of people with disabilities, as well as The aim of presenting honorable models of people with disabilities is the most goals that the programs seek to achieve.

The researcher recommended the need to produce joint Arab programs dealing with the issues of Arab people with disabilities and their ambitions in Arab countries and abroad.

For the development of programs circle for people with disabilities we are specialized in programs for persons with disabilities production in general and the Deaf is particularly accompanied by sign language, the involvement of people with disabilities in public programs, not their own programs; because it limits their integration into society, and put them in a special frame.
