Abstract EN

This research examines the title in the poems collection (Qareeb Min al-Bahr Baeed an al-Zorrqah "Near from the Sea Far from the Blueness" by the Saudi poet Jassim al-Saheeh.

It begins with identifying the theoretical introduction to the title and its functions, and then studied the main title independently, as well as addressed the relationship between the main and internal titles, which are related to the poetic discourse, and then studied the internal titles explaining the most important patterns, and the most prominent formulations, as well as the relationship between them and the whole poetic discourse.

This study reached several results that the poet has mastered the wording of the titles in his collection, and the titles have worked to intensify the significance while the text worked to expand them, and the poet successfully make it tightly intertwined.
