Abstract EN

This study examined the new jobs of women in Kuwaiti society in the light of the attitudes of Kuwaiti employees in the State of Kuwait through a field survey of a random sample of Kuwaitis (males and females) who hold Kuwaiti nationality.

The study aimed at revealing the attitudes of Kuwaiti employees (male and female) toward the newly created jobs of Kuwaiti women in the following sectors: Education Sector, Health Sector, Legal Sector and Legislation, Senior Management Sector, Media and Tourism Sector, Informal Sector and Military Sector.

The statistical research questionnaire was designed to cover a wide variety of topics.

The statistical processing program was used to analyze the study data obtained through individual interviews for the purpose of conducting the field survey.

The study population may be employees residing in the Kuwaiti society who hold Kuwaiti nationality, and the sample randomized study was 1140 citizens (male and female).

The results of the study showed that there is a clear and distinctive effect on the attitudes and opinions of Kuwaiti employees towards the new jobs of women in Kuwaiti society, which has a high impact on the education sector, the average impact in the health sector, the legal sector and legislation, the higher management sector, the media sector, tourism and the informal sector, Low for the military sector.

The most important views and trends that limit the work of women in some of the newly created professions were discussed and constitute an obstacle to their ambitions.

Based on the findings of the study, the study recommends a number of practical and scientific recommendations, the most important of which is to activate the role of government agencies, decision makers, the Ministry of Labor, professional unions, parties and organizations by amending and developing legal legislations regarding the work of women in the public and private sectors.

By the specialists to ensure that women's demands and adoption of their issues in the work and reduce the legislation that detracts from the rights of women in work, especially modern professions, to support the work of women in the newly created professions and achieve the best results.
