Abstract EN

The topic of the Qur'anic pauses is considered one of the most important topics which have occupied a great deal of scholars' writings in the field of Qur'anic sciences whether in the past or present times.

Pauses do not only signify the ending of a verse but also they are closely related to its beginning, its subject matter and its conclusion.

In addition, the intonation and rhythm of the verses strengthen their meanings.

The Qur'anic pauses have been characterized by certain features which include all aspects of beauty and expression.

Pauses and verses are in miraculous coordination and great intimacy to the extent that utterances and meanings introduce an eloquent and miraculous content.

Accordingly, this research is a trial to show some aspects of that coincidence and harmony.

It also tries to display some aspects of the miraculous nature of the Qur'anic pauses as well as their types and tell whether they signify a certain poetic rhyme of the Aror not.

Other aspects are covered along this research.
