Abstract EN

This research aims at studying the approach of conservation and the mechanisms applied in Islamic jurisprudence and law according to a legal observatory vision.

The topic of this research is handled along four requirements.

The first requirement is devoted to display the legal clues on conservation in accordance with the Islamic Jurisprudence, the Holy Qur'an, the Sunnah, the general consensus, the standard measure, satisfying the needs and the olute interests.

The second requirement handles the moral behavior of man and conservation where the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) stresses the personal hygiene and the objectives of moral bringing of youth so as to conserve the environment.

It also deals with the mechanisms and means of overcoming the moral pollution.

The third requirement traces conservation in the legal jurisprudence.

The researcher discusses conservation in the Saudi discipline of environment then conservation as a lawful act.

The Fourth requirement is a comparison between Islamic jurisprudence and the legal systems of conservation.

The conclusion draws attention to the most important findings of the research.

For instance, jurisprudential provisions have the lead in conservation, development of the environment and preventing pollution more than one thousand and four hundred years ago.

It is not only a matter of legal responsibility but also an Islamic Jurisprudential affair.

Similarly, one finds out that the Judiciary system of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) has the lead in the field of conservation.

The research closes with some recommendations such as emphasizing the need to maximize efforts of the family, Islamic Affairs, Da'wah and Guidance, conscious media systems, and the organizations of the civil society to do their role.
