Abstract EN

At a time when the issue of human rights occupies the world public opinion, and the efforts of the international community are united, cooperation among members of the international community to deepen and promote the concepts of human rights and protection, and try to unify and consolidate those concepts in all countries, to be stipulated in their national constitutions and legislation, Islam has preserved these rights, which were decided centuries ago in the fullest form, and the broadest scope and scope, and took Islam in the formulation of these rights and employ a wise approach based on a pedagogical basis based on legislative texts through the book and the Sunnah.

These rights include the right of the prisoner to spend on his imprisonment and his inability to earn and spend on himself.

Prison inmates do not have this ability as a result of the conditions in which they live within the penal institutions, where the management of these institutions controls every means of communication between them and the outside world and even On their abilities, with their almost universal powers.
