Significance of necessity and its effect on jurisprudential branches
 
On the fundamentals of jurisprudence from the political sciences in the Islamic world, for the peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you.

You cannot act in isolation from Sharia.

And I will do in this brief research on language and convention, then the requirements in the language and convention, and the rule of the connotation of conviction, and its sections, and then make an approach between the Hanafi method and the speakers in the indication of suggestions and sayings, and divided them to signify the suggestions and the arguments they cited.
