Abstract EN

This study aims toapply pragmatic approach in a rhetorical blog; it is the book of (Interpretation of the Problem of Qur'an) by Ibn Qutayba.

This approach based on a study of the aspects of convergence، influence and influence between deliberative and Arabic rhetoric، especially in their care for (the speaker) and (the recipient) and (the message)، during the course Do the speech and produce the speech.

The interest in the approach between deliberative and Arabic rhetoric indicates the attendance of the rhetorical lesson in modern theories، as all of its methods and images are interacting and active presence in the modern lesson; Therefore، the researcher on this research conducted a study as follows:
