The most important of what Allah ruled to insure the right dealing between us are the testimonies decrees, and His Holiness Praise to Him ruled for us the testimony on the contracts to reject the wrangles; and the individual statuses are considered as sensitive fields that often causes the argument and the offence of rights, such as the regress and divorce that the legists disagreed in certifying on them, because of the ence of a decisive formula on the subject; thus, the quest is to consider the legists disagreement on the testimony with a document of each team; considering the regress and divorce the matters by which the affliction spread in reality and that necessitate concrete and moral rights.
