The era in which we live is called the age of communication, which provided the means of communication technology is immense after which the world continues to open and wide open and spread information and knowledge and made available to all who seek it.


The subject of the new media with all its means and possibilities and extending its impact on our minds and culture in a strong manner of important topics, which need to constantly stimulate the scientific and cultural debate about it deeply; Family and society.


The study attempts to reveal the use of young people of this type of Internet communication sites to reach a database that can be built on in support of the positive aspects and the launching of shouting warning against the negative data of these sites and their impact on the values change and moral uncontrollability of rural youth.

There are disadvantages that may affect the moral change and uncontrollability of rural youth.



The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between youth exposure in the Egyptian countryside in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate to the new media and their moral and ethical change.

The research was divided into the theoretical framework and included: previous studies, methods of value change, advantages and disadvantages of new media, characteristics of values, then the field frame and includes: methodology and research sample: this study falls under the type of descriptive research using the survey method, and the study was applied to an intentional sample of young people Al-Rifi in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate from 18-35 years consists of 150 individuals as follows: 75 of the rural youth from the village of Shabas al-Malah, 75 of the rural youth from the village of Al-Mandoura belonging to the Desouk Center in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.

Research tools: The data of this research were collected through a questionnaire form to identify the extent of follow-up of rural youth in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate to the YouTube site.

(21) questions, as well as the measure of moral turmoil, which included (62) phrases, both of which were prepared by the researcher, and the questionnaire was applied during the period from 9/29/2019 to 10/27/2019.


Some of the results were reached including:
1- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample individuals with a low socioeconomic level and a high level in their moral and ethical change as reflected by YouTube in favor of those with a low level at the level of 0.05.


2 - The ence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females in the value and ethical change of rural youth as reflected by YouTube, where the (T) values were not significant at the level of 0.05.
