Abstract AR
تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية اختبار فرضية فاجنر و الفرضية الكينزية من خلال اختبار العلاقة الديناميكية بين نمو الإنفاق الحكومي و نمو الناتج الداخلي الخام في الجزائر للفترة 1970-2016 في الأجلين القصير و الطويل.
و الذي سيكون من خلال توظيف أساليب التحليل القياسية الحديثة و المتمثلة في أسلوب التكامل المشترك و نموذج تصحيح الخطأ ECM.
و لقد أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة على أن الإنفاق الحكومي و الناتج الداخلي الخام ساكنين عند الفرق الأول وأنهما على علاقة تكاملية مشتركة و تربطهما علاقة سالبة في الأجلين القصير و الطويل و تأكد بذلك قانون فاجنر لكن بعلاقة عكسية
Abstract EN
This paper examines two types of tests; Wagner's hypothesis test and Keynesian hypothesis test by testing the dynamic relationship between the growth of government expenditures and Algeria's GDP growth during the period 1970-2016 in the short and long term.
This will be through the use of modern analytical methods of cointegration and ECM techniques.
The results of this study showed that the government spending and raw internal output are at the first difference and that they have a common complementary relationship and have a negative relationship in the short and long term.
This was confirmed by Wagner's law but with a reverse relationship.
