Abstract EN

This article discusses what the preamble to the 2016 constitutional amendment contains, especially those new topics that are undoubtedly a qualitative shift in its provisions.

However, the legal instrument under which the provisions of this preamble and the instructions which the Constitutional legislator has added to it remains under consideration.

In terms of its constitutional provisions and the justifications that accompanied it, it still lacks accuracy, wording and consideration of the legal aspects that led to the constitutional amendment of 2016, hoping that the following constitutions or amendments to the existing constitution will avoid all the shortcomings of this document.
