Tourism is the best alternative for achieving sustainable economic development in Algeria to diversify the national economy income within the instability of the prices of hydrocarbon in the world market and for the tensions it led to in the internal front.

That is why; successive governments have gradually sought to regulate this sector and developed it in a sustainable way through the enactment of many national legislations; particularly law 03-01, as well as the provision of a series of schemes and legislations about tourist; that goes up 2030 to achieve these developmental objectives owing to the importance of this sector as one of the strong drivers of the economy of many countries, through its outstanding contribution to its local product, revenue of hard currency and its great role in the achievement of the economic stabilization and social security
