: The topic discussed the role of medical expertise for proving the crime of rape, because of its importance in thfiled of criminal investigation which was a way to facilitate proving crime and establishing legal adaptation for it, due to its deterministic and scientific results, al though it was important, but the juge is not obligated to implement it, also he has the authority to evalvate it in sense of texts of law, and this is what we want to know in medical expertise and its role for convincing the criminal law in proving rape crime.
