In Algeria, the social Health insurance, in consideration of the importance of the sums it withdraws and redistribute, appears today as the main form of health risk cover.
This last however faces certain economic and existential difficulties.
Indeed the increase in expenses and insufficient contribution regarding the preservation of financial balance of the health insurance funds.
So too, the financing of this branch of the social security resultant directly from its nature work-based, makes the financial situation of this one very sensitive to the economic situation.
الملخص FRE
En Algérie, l'assurance maladie sociale, en considération de l'importance des sommes qu'elle prélève et redistribue, apparaît aujourd'hui, comme la principale forme de couverture du risque maladie.
Cette dernière se heurte, néanmoins, à certaines difficultés d'ordre économiques et existentielles.
En effet, l'augmentation des dépenses et l'insuffisance des cotisations entraînant des soucis quant à la préservation de l'équilibre financier de cette branche de la sécurité sociale.
De même, le financement de cette branche résultant directement de sa nature fondée sur le travail, rend la situation financière de celle-ci très sensible à la situation économique.
