The aim of the current research is to build a proposed project-based program to develop concepts and skills of entrepreneurship among students of higher commercial institutes and try it out to measure its effectiveness, to keep pace with the era of the accelerating information revolution that the world is witnessing around us, and with the weakness and limitations of the knowledge and skill level of these students for entrepreneurial concepts and skills, In order to achieve this goal, it already requires defining a list of concepts and skills of entrepreneurship among students of higher commercial institutes, then building the proposed program, as well as preparing an achievement test and a performance test test to measure the effectiveness of the program and experiment with it on a sample.

Higher commercial institutes students.

The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the proposed program in the acquisition of knowledge and skills of concepts and skills of entrepreneurship among students of higher commercial institutes, for the benefit of post-application of research tools (experimental group 25 students).

The research recommended providing material and moral support to train students in the concepts of entrepreneurial skills by the competent authorities, as well as work to motivate students to creativity and innovation in the field of entrepreneurship, and interest in activating commercial laboratories within the higher commercial institutes, directing students to do a project and presented and evaluated by The faculty members of the institute.
