الملخص الإنجليزي

The present paper presents the future visions for the development of technical education and vocational training in Egypt in the light of the global experiences.

This paper proceeds from the fact that technical education is the basis for the development of technology in modern society.

The crisis of technical Education and vocational Training in Egypt is a disaster facing society, which poses a danger to the labor market, the quality of products and performance required; which reflected on the general economy, where it deals with technical education as a second- class education.

The problem was also the shortage of a qualified teachers in the areas of technical education as well as the weakness of the curriculum level of learners, the ence of a clear plan for training and the lack of linking the labor market with the educational institutions, therefore the outcome of this education is not keeping pace with the realities of the needs of the labor market.

In addition, from the vision of Egypt 2030 in activating the system of government and education system prepared according to international standards, which increases the competitiveness of technical education and vocational training in Egypt, the author of this paper proposes the following guidelines:
