This research paper offers a study on the impact of the adoption of the 51/49% rule by the Algerian government in 2009,on the flow of foreign investment through the analysis of data relating to the flow of FDI in Algeria during the period (2005-2015), obtained on the website of the world bank, the results of the study showed that the application of this law in a context characterized by a world economic crisis, had a negative effect on the flow of foreign direct investment and constitutes a brake for the development of FDI in Algeria, and that foreign investors prefer to go to our neighboring countries for a better business climate.

Ce papier de recherche propose une étude sur l'impact de l'adoption de la règle 51%/49% par le gouvernement algérien en 2009, sur le flux des investissements étranger à travers l'analyse de données relatives au flux des IDE en Algérie durant la période (2005-2015), obtenu sur le site de la banque mondiale, les résultats de l'étude ont montré que l'application de cette loi dans un contexte caractérisé par une crise économique mondiale, à eu un effet négative sur le flux des investissement direct étrangers et constitue un frein pour le développement des IDE en Algérie, et que les investisseurs étrangers préfèrent s'orienter vers nos pays voisin pour un climat d'affaire meilleurs
