The maritime Navigation is characterized by some peculiarity that one does not find anywhere else to know: the distance, the time and the permanent danger.
These constitute difficulties for both men and ships.
In the maritime Transport sector, wage differentials are very important, differences in social treatment inexplicable on board.
Of course, compliance with national and international Legislation on the social protection of seafarers varies according to the flag State or complaisance.
الملخص FRE
La navigation maritime est caractérisée par quelques particularité qu'on ne trouve nullement ailleurs à savoir: l'éloignement, le temps et le danger permanent.
Ceux-ci constituent des difficultés, tant pour les hommes que pour les navires.
Dans le secteur des transports maritimes, les écarts de salaires sont très importants, les différences de traitement sociale inexplicables à bord.
Bien entendu, le respect de la législation nationale et internationale sur la protection sociale des gens de mer varie selon l'Etat du pavillon ou de complaisance.
