Towards circular economy : evidence from international experience

The objective of this study is to discuss and analyze milestones of the trend towards circular economy in some regions of the world (European Union, China, Ontario, Singapore, Amsterdam, Germany).

Through this explanatory research, exactly case analysis, the study results showed that circular economy has entered the experimental and executive stages in a number of major industries, provinces and cities in the world, as well as circular economy development can be achieved through different spatial dimensions such as enterprise, regional, city and national, lawmakers need to find new ways to make effective enforcement legislation thorough drafting of an international convention on sustainable resource management.
