تعد أخطار الكوارث الطبيعية من أهم الأخطار التي تهدد الإنسان في حياته وذمته المالية، لذلك يجب اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لمواجهة آثار هذه الكوارث الطبيعية، و لعل التامين من أبرز الحلول التي يمكن أن يلجأ لها الشخص، خاصة وأنه بعد الأضرار التي تعرضت لها عدة مدن في الجزائر أصبح هذا النوع من التأمين إلزامي، وذلك بصدور الأمر رقم03-12 المتعلق بإلزامية التأمين على الكوارث الطبيعية و بتعويض الضحايا و النصوص التنظيمية لهذا الأمر، ليضفي على عقد التأمين نوع من الخصوصية من خلال الشروط الخاصة و البنود الواجب إدراجها في العقد، بالإضافة إلى آليات المواجهة و التعويض التي تساعد شركات التأمين على الوفاء بإلتزاماتها، صندوق الوقاية من الأخطار الكبرى و تسيير الكوارث و الشركة المركزية لإعادة التأمين CCR.

The risks of natural disasters are one of the most important threats to the human being, whether in threatening his life or his patrimony, so the necessary measures must be taken to counter the effects of these natural disasters, and insurance is perhaps one of the most prominent solutions that a person can resort to, especially since after the damage suffered by several cities in Algeria, this type of insurance became mandatory, by issuing order 03-12 concerning the mandatory insurance for natural disasters and compensation for victims and the regulatory provisions of this order, to give the insurance contract a kind of privacy through the conditions and The terms to be included in the contract, and mechanisms that help insurance companies meet their obligations, the Major Risk Prevention and Disaster Management Fund, and the Central Reinsurance Company CRC
