The present research paper discusse sissues related to the three main cinematographic adaptations of the novel La Dame aux Camélias (The Lady with the Camellia) by Alexandre Dumas fils, its aim is to investigate to what extent the latest film directors refair to the written work, and how they bring the heroine's life into question on screen by presenting her more attractive and moving.
الملخص FRE
Le but de cet article est de mener une réflexion sur trois des nombreuses adaptations cinématographiques du roman La Dame aux Camélias d'Alexandre Dumas fils, et de voir à quel point celles-ci restent fidèles à l'œuvre écrite.
Aussi, comment chacun des trois réalisateurs donne vie à l'héroïne du roman en question à l'écran, en s'attachant à la rendre à la fois captivante et bouleversante.
