The issue of culture between East and West through various texts has become one of the fundamental issues for all peoples of the world in order to achieve human contact and interaction between them based on acquaintance and rapprochement.

Our research entitled ((Cultures of Nations and Dialogue of Civilizations is included in the French literary text during the eighteenth century)) within the framework of the study of the relationship between the ego and the other that produces culture between peoples belonging to different civilizations and languages in different times.

The research dealt with a number of issues, including the reasons for choosing the eighteenth century in France as a field for the study of culture in the French literary text with the other in the language and culture, as well as giving a conception of the concept of culture.

The research highlighted the vast horizon of a number of French writers who were credited with correcting some of the misconceptions and visions of civilization and Arab-Islamic culture that were formed by the Western public during the previous centuries as well as highlighting their role in conveying and clarifying the eastern Arab cultural achievements to the Western reader in general and the reader The French in particular, through the research axes that tried to give a definition of the concept of culture and clarify its role in the representation of Arab-Islamic culture in French writing and clarify the other's position in the literary achievement of Voltaire, as well as to explain the influence of Elif Nights in the French literature.

Le XVIIIe siècle a connu la publication d'un nombre d´œuvres influençant la vision européenne envers la culture orientale grâce aux efforts de quelques écrivains ressentant alors le besoin à l′importance de l′interaction culturelles entre les peuples qui se heurtent quelquefois à certaines incompréhensions.

Ce siècle a connu aussi des tournants considérables dans l′histoire de la littérature française qui s′ouvre aux influences venues de l′Orient.

C'est pourquoi, nous avons choisi ce siècle pour être un terrain de notre recherche dans la période de XVIII siècle en raison de sa fécondité dans le domaine de l′interaction culturelle entre Orient et Occident à travers les textes littéraires.

Le présent travail se propose d'étudier le phénomène de l´acculturation dans certains œuvres historiques et littéraires français transmettant une vision sur la civilisation arabe différente de celle du Moyen Âge.

La problématique de la recherche suscite des questions telles que: Quels sont les écrivains influençant la vision européenne envers la culture orientale? Qu´est-ce qui caractérise ces œuvres? Ces œuvres considèrent -ils un moyen de l'acculturation entre les Nations? Quelles sont les images et les messages que les écrivains veulent véhiculer aux lecteurs? La recherche qui tente de trouver des réponses aux questions ci-dessus se compose d'un nombre d'axes précédés d'une introduction et poursuivie des conclusions auxquelles nous arrivons.
