Today, women have a prominent place in the international community for storming the world of work to contribute to economic development, as evidenced by international and regionallegislations, charters and agreementsthatseek to providespecial protection for them, amongthem the Algerian legislationthat gave women the right to work and grantthemrights and freedomsdevoted to The constitution, in particular, the 2016 amendment, but there are, however, some issues that the Algerian legislator has overlooked, which must beaddressedwithin the framework of the right to citizenship and the exercise of constitutionalrights.
