It has managed to stop its institutions actively participating in achieving social solidarity, fighting poverty and reviving the labor market.

Despite agreeing on the legality of his rule, however, Islamic jurisprudence jurists have contradicted their views on the divisions of the waqf, whether according to the time to use it, or according to the type of funds held The endowment, as solidarity sector, has achieved many benefits, by providing it with social services and funding it for a wide network of service institutions, and in many fields such as education, health.
