The quality and privacy of family businesses lies on the composition of their owners, or board members.

We discussed in this analytical research paper the compositions of individual and collective ownership in family companies in both of performance & activity of their strategies that allows these businesses to achieve their goals.

We used a descriptive approach, which gave us an opportunity to present the challenges and problems that these family businesses may face, in the journey of success of these singular-owned or collectively owned family business.
