This current research refers to justice, business, and building justice, and accordingly, the problem was defined by asking questions centered on the philosophical concepts of the research variables, the nature of the correlation and the effects between the variables.

A plan was designed that expresses the main assumptions, and the questionnaire form was used as a means to obtain the data that was distributed to the heads of departments in private universities in the city of Erbil, consisting of (85) department heads, and the questionnaire received and was valid for analysis (85) forms.

The research followed a descriptive analytical approach.
