While continued improvement in sukuk market, governments or sovereign bodies are expected to continue in promoting sukuk issuance and encouraging issuers to use Sukuk to finance infrastructure projects, and Malaysia is one of the first countries to develop the infrastructure industry by using Sukuk, and it has a leading global experience in this field.

Wherefore, This research paper discusses the role of sukuk in infrastructure financing whith referring to the Malaysian experience as a successful global experiment it can be followed by many Arab and western countries.
