This research paper aims to identify the most important privileges and incentives granted by Algeria with the aim of attracting more foreign direct investments along the lines of complete freedom for investors and investment, ensuring freedom of transfer, and also aims to know the most important elements that Algeria is distinguished from the rest of the neighboring countries along the lines of The large size of the market, the availability of labor, the availability of various ports, airports, road networks and industrial areas, and the availability of gas and electricity networks.

However, despite all of the concessions granted and the available constituents, we find weakness in the volume of foreign direct investment flows due to various administrative, political, legal, and also economic obstacles.
