The impact of digital technologies on job enrichment : a case study a company of construction of pipelines in Boumerdes

The article aimed to know the impact of digital technology to job enrichment on KANAGHAZ Company in boumerdes.

We used the descriptive method for the conceptual Framework of the concepts.

In the field study, we distributed (28) questionnaire to the staff, in order to collect data about the employees of case study.

After the analysis of data with SPSS, we were concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between digital technologies and Job enrichment on its various dimensions in KANAGHAZ.

We proposed to train workers that help them to adapt changes, also to give them more autonomy and responsibility.
