It is a process that allows the supervisor to identify the employee's strengths and areas of improvement and to provide the necessary training to bridge the gaps.
The purpose of this article is to shed light on the impact of the assessment system on training policy within Sonelgaz.
Our investigation within this company has allowed us to see that there is a very strong link between the evaluation system and the training policy.
الملخص FRE
L'évaluation est un élément important dans la GRH, elle intervient dans chaque acte (recrutement, formation, rémunération…).
Il s'agit d'un processus qui permet au supérieur hiérarchique de détecter les points forts et les points à améliorer du salarié et d'en proposer les formations nécessaires pour combler les écarts constatés.
Le but de cet article est de mettre la lumière sur l'impact du système d'appréciation sur la politique de formation au sein de la Sonelgaz.
Notre enquête au sein de cette entreprise nous a permis de constater qu'il existe un lien très fort entre le système d'évaluation et la politique de formation.
