The emergence of SMEs in Algeria was conditioned by institutional and economic factors.
These factors, along with other interns, have contributed to the integration of strategic thinking within these types of enterprise.
Indeed, our research objective is to determine the extent of adoption of the strategic approach by the Algerian SME, and to highlight the characteristics of its strategies, and this through a survey conducted on a sample of SMEs located in the west of Algeria.
Then the analysis of this empirical study, will be preceded by a theoretical part that aims to show the different concepts of the strategy of the SME.
الملخص FRE
L'émergence de la PME en l'Algérie, était conditionnée par des facteurs institutionnels et économiques.
Ces facteurs, ainsi que d'autres internes ont favorisé l'intégration de la réflexion stratégique au sein de ce type d'entreprises.
En effet, notre objectif de recherche s'agit de déterminer l'étendue d'adoption de la démarche stratégique par la PME algérienne, et de mettre en évidence les caractéristiques de ses stratégies, et ce à travers une enquête menée sur un échantillon de PME situées à l'ouest de l'Algérie.
Alors l'analyse de cette étude empirique, sera précédée par une partie théorique qui vise à montrer les différents concepts de la stratégie de la PME.
