الملخص AR
قد أبرزت اللجنة Alhokmhhan الأبعاد المالية لمؤسسات الحوكمة في تقريرها الصادر في ديسمبر 1992 بالنظر إلى التقارير المالية لبورصة لندن بعنوان الأبعاد المالية لمؤسسات الحوكمة.
حوكمة المؤسسات باعتبارها بعد آخر للضبط و التنظيم ظهرت خلال الأزمة المالية و إفلاس العديد من المؤسسات المالية زيادة على الفضائح المالية.
و على الصعيد الدولي فالتقرير المالي لمنظمة التعاون و التنمية الاقتصادية الذي لقب بمبادئ حوكمة الشركات يعد الاعتراف الرسمي الأول لهذه الآلية.
و في هذا السياق، ينبغي الإشارة إلى أن معظم اقتصاديات الدول في طور النمو منها الجزائر تم تنظمها بواسطة تشريعات غير ملائمة من حيث الكيف بل في بعض الحالات تعد منعدمة.
زيد على ذلك ضعف نظام المراقبة في هذا الإطار.
مما دفع مؤسسة التمويل المالي إلى اقتراح نشر و إدراج التدابير القانونية لمؤسسات الحوكمة ضمن قوانين المؤسسات و الأسواق المالية.
ماذا عن الجهود التي تبذلها الجزائر في هذا المجال

The Alhokmhan Committee highlighted the fi-nancial dimensions of governance institutions in its December 1992 report, taking into account the fi-nancial reports of the London Stock Exchange, fi-nancial dimensions of governance institutions.
Corporate governance, being another regulatory dimension, arose during the financial crisis, the bankruptcy of many financial institutions and finan-cial scandals.
At the international level, the finan-cial report of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), entitled Corporate Governance Principles, is the first offi-cial recognition of this mechanism.
In this context, it should be stressed that most of the economies of developing countries, including Algeria, are governed by inadequate quality legisla-tion, which in some cases is completely lacking.
Add to that the weakness of the internal control system in this regard.
Hence, the Hg Finance Fi-nancial Corporation proposed that the publication of legislation for governance institutions should be included in the laws of financial markets and insti-tutions.
What about Algeria's efforts to treat these animosities?

Le Comité Alhokmhhan a mis en exergue les dimensions financières des institutions de gou-vernance dans son rapport de Décembre 1992, compte tenu des rapports financiers de la Bourse de Londres, intitulé dimensions financières des in-stitutions de gouvernance.
La gouvernance d'en-treprise, étant une autre dimension de régulation, a surgit lors de la crise financière, la faillite de nom-breuses institutions financières et les scandales financiers.
Sur le plan international, le rapport fi-nancier de l'Organisation de coopération et de dé-veloppement économiques (OCDE), intitulé Corpo rate Gouvernance Principales, est la première re-connaissance officielle de ce mécanisme.
Dans ce contexte, Il convient de souligner que la plupart des économies des pays en développe-ment, dont l'Algérie sont régies par une législation inadéquate qualitativement, laquelle fait dans cer-tains cas complètement défaut.
Ajoutez à cela, la faiblesse du système de contrôle interne à cet égard.
D'où, le Hg Finance financière Corporation a proposé que la publication des dispositions législa-tives pour les institutions de gouvernance doive être inclue dans les lois des marchés financiers et des institutions.
