Good governance is becoming a necessity and a survival condition for companies that are entering an increasingly competitive and turbulent environment.
In this context, improving the performance of the Algerian company through governance is a major challenge for the emergence of the company in Algeria.
The main objective of our communication is as follows: The development of good governance is a prerequisite for the emergence of Algerian companies.
A central message characterizes our communication: If companies in developed countries have managed to establish their domination, it is thanks to good governance practices among others.

La bonne gouvernance devient une nécessité et une condition de survie pour les entreprises qui s'insèrent dans un environnement de plus en plus concurrentiel et turbulent.
Dans ce cadre, l'amélioration des performances de l'entreprise algérienne par la gouvernance constitue un enjeu majeur pour l'émergence de l'entreprise en Algérie.
L'objectif principal de notre communication est le suivant: Le développement de la bonne gouvernance constitue un préalable pour une émergence des entreprises algériennes.
Un message central caractérise notre communication: Si les entreprises des pays développés ont réussi à asseoir leur domination, c'est grâce entre autres à des pratiques de bonne gouvernance.
