The aim of the research is to discover the interaction between the pattern of providing interactive content (interactive video / interactive infographic) and mental capacity (high / low) with an electronic learning environment based on the inverted learning strategy in developing object-oriented programming skills for educational technology students.

To achieve this goal, three modules were developed Educational, in accordance with a set of design standards for the environment, to conduct scientific steps, and to set methodological variables; The two-way global design pattern "2X2" was used, and the research sample consisted of "120" education technology students, and they were randomly divided into four experimental groups, each group containing 30 students.

The measuring tools consisted of an achievement test, a note card, and a scale for the lens.

Mental health, and appropriate statistical treatment methods were applied using the SPSS.V 24 statistical programs package, and the most important research results confirmed the current arrangement, the first group providing interactive video content and mental capacity is high and the second group providing interactive content with infographic and mental capacity is high and the third group providing Interactive video content and low mental capacity, and the fourth group to provide interactive content with infographic and low mental capacity, and this appeared in the results of research hypotheses, and the research recommended that students should be trained to benefit from employing object-oriented programming skills to meet the needs and requirements of the labormarket, and this is achieved by linking the curricula in Various levels and university courses.
