Vulvar metastasis of urothelial carcinoma of the bladder is a very rare entity; few cases are reported in the English literature.

In this paper, we describe the clinical and pathological characteristics, evolution, and treatment of a patient with vulvar metastasis of urothelial carcinoma of the bladder followed by a brief review of the reported cases in the literature.
