Antrochoanal polyp is a benign solitary polypoid lesion, which usually arises in a maxillary sinus, radiologically pacifying and enlarging the sinus cavity without bone destruction.

Antrochoanal polyp is almost always unilateral ind occurs most commonly in children and young adults.

Allergy, chronic sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis have all been mplicated in the etiology of childhood nasal polyposis.

Bilateral antrochoanal polyps in children are extremely rare.

3nly few cases have been reported in the literature.

3ur case is a 6-year-old female child who presented with bilateral nasal obstruction.

Clinical examination and :omputed tomography showed bilateral antrochoanal polyps.

Under general anesthesia, polyps were removed by limple avulsion.

Histopathology showed benign allergic polyps.
