The study aims at the revealing of the systematic rules, methodological and regulations decided and characterized the Islamic doctrine in its legislative texts of the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah, for controlling the relationship with those who disagree with the believing that this difference is a universal phenomenon and a divine will.

in terms of function, it is called the peaceful debate with non-Muslims, as its texts transcend the nature of the difference between religions and cultures, and presented an image that is concerned with managing this difference and diversity in a relational and objective way.

and thus it developed a method for the dispute with the disputants this forms a kind of protection for the human and social bonds between all human beings, and denies the fanaticism or extremism though the reports in which it relied on inference and proof with the others as a way to judge the truth higher.

and I used the analytical method that deals with presenting and analyzing the texts in order to reach the desired results of the research.

so, i defined the concepts that the research revolves to clarify the desired truth, and to control the communicative discourse between disputants which leads to the ambiguity caused confusion and intellectual distraction.

then, i explained the nature and method of the peaceful debate by focusing on its foundations and scientific applications and the results of that amongst them is the assertion that peaceful debate has scales that are based on the Qur'an and Sunnah texts.

therefore, everything that take place within this scope is systematic in all its aspects.

the conscious person who applies this approach provides service for himself and others.

in this way, the argument becomes a value as it complicates reconciliation between the person and himself, between the person and his peers and between him and his opponents.

this turns everyone into being friends instead of being enemies, the study recommends paying attention to the axes of the peaceful debate and emphasizing that these axes are considered fixed standards that can be guided by and applied in the light of the scientific and cultural openness during the era in which we live.
