Children research among Muslims is considered one of the most important research in education and ethics, and it is expanding little by little to discover that the child of the past is the basis of the civilization of Islam and that the child of the present is the basis of the future of Islam.

Therefore, research was necessary to reveal freedom of expression for the Muslim child as it is the tongue of civilization, its language and the basis of its creativity.

The origins of the child's freedom of expression in Islam were implicit in the texts of the noble Prophet's Sunnah, and this research was specifically made to highlight the actual practice of his time in dealing with the ummah's children, not just a theoretical rooting.

The discussion of this part falls within the study of the moral care of the child, whether by building his thinking related to the mental or emotional aspect and then ensuring the expression of his views and his communication with them freely.

I divided it into three demands: the first deals with establishing the moral rights of the child before and after his birth, and the second deals with establishing the freedom of expression for the child in the prophetic society during his incubation period, some appreciation of the child by choosing the best names and determining his lineage since his birth, and taking care of his appearance, then the path of communication with the child during this period And, in the third chapter, it dealt with developing the skills of freedom of expression and communication for a child in the prophetic society after the incubation period, including the skills of observation, listening, thinking, dialogue and criticism skills, belief, knowledge acquisition, practice skills and commitment.
