The research hypothesis on the basis that the arms came in short stages are very fast pace and therefore the risks increase day after day on regional security , So it was to choose this topic because the phenomenon of arms is one of the most prominent events in the world and the Middle East now and because we see that countries in an ongoing arms race and through this research we want to clarify the phenomenon of arms in the Middle East and find out who are the countries that are trying to arms in the region and learn about the negative effects and positive that will lead her arms process , And find out the extent of its impact on stability and security in the region and knowledge of the Hungarian taken by the international relations in the Middle East in light of these attempts arms.
