The facts in the national economy show that the main problems in the Algerianeconomy are structural rather than be summarized in a decrease in aggregate demand.

Thesupply side economic policy then is the right choice, it should be based on developingcompetitiveness level and resources allocation efficiency by reforming the products market, and raising labor productivity with the rate of participation by reforming the labor market
