In this paper some of Kumaraswamy Perks distribution properties probability density function, Reliability function, hazard function and others were discussed.

The maximum likelihood, shrinkage and LSEM method are used for estimating the reliability function based on complete sample which was obtained from the simulation using matlab programs.
